Frosted tropics

On January 7th, 2018, it snowed in the Sahara. At the beginning of February, snow fell in Paris. Snow changes our perception of the world. What if it snowed in the tropics? If a white veil covered the exotic colors, creating a frosty mix? The two natures of “hygge” and “jungle” confront, blend and enrich each other.

Shake up the point where illustration, architecture and decoration meet a child’s universe! In this unusual project, I transformed clothing with 3D space and brought prints to life. This was an opportunity to adapt the finesse and meticulousness of sewing to the magic of grandeur and imagination.
