Atelier Luma
At the Rencontres Photographiques, the spotlight is on the ecological initiative of Atelier Luma. In the new artistic center of Arles, this laboratory of ideas and projects proposes to bring designers together to imagine innovative materials and objects.
The aim is to recycle Camargue agricultural waste (rice, sunflower and cane crops) and to promote traditional crafts. An example of an object from this workshop: the seaweed vase. An original approach and a nice, aesthetic purpose!
